I got the full English breakfast which was plated beautifully, although I’m very confused why I was served hot dog weiners instead of the sausages that one usually expects at breakfast. Kinda brought the whole dish down. I have a fear of hot dog weiners. That’s the only fault I can complain about though, everything else was fine. Iced latte came in a delightfully shaped glass.

I had an hour to spare before heading to the airport for my flight, so I decided to stop in for breakfast—and wow, what a wonderful choice. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly. Every single one of them. Traveling alone, I had the chance to really observe how they treated each guest, and the service was truly outstanding across the board. I was feeling a bit anxious about my upcoming flight, but their kindness and the warm atmosphere completely put me at ease. It’s amazing how certain interactions can have a domino effect on your whole day—I left feeling calm, happy, and ready for the airport. I ordered a matcha and the English Breakfast, and both were absolutely fabulous. I even forgot to mention my 20% discount, but honestly, by the time I left, I didn’t care—it was worth every penny for such a memorable experience. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in the area!

The warm lighting and clean interior design make it an inviting space to relax, chat, or enjoy a slow weekend morning. For our order, we tried the iced matcha latte, flat white, and the mushroom omelette. Food & Drinks Mushroom Omelette: The omelette was good but leaned a bit towards being overcooked. It lacked the fluffy, creamy texture that makes a great omelette stand out. As stated on the menu, it’s made with 2 eggs—this might be why the consistency felt slightly dense. A 3-egg omelette is typically standard and gives better control over texture, allowing for that soft, airy finish. This adjustment could really elevate the dish. Iced Matcha Latte: The matcha latte was refreshing but too milky, which unfortunately overpowered the matcha itself. The ratio felt off, and increasing the matcha amount or reducing the milk would create a more balanced and satisfying flavor. Flat White: The flat white was pleasant and well-made—no major notes here. Overall Experience Despite the room for improvement in some dishes, we still had a nice experience at Brasserie Lumière. The ambiance alone makes it a place worth returning to, and with a few tweaks to the menu’s execution—especially the matcha latte and omelette—the dining experience could easily go from good to excellent. We’d definitely come back and look forward to seeing how they refine their offerings.
