McDonalds - (Near , South East)

3 /5 Jason Sargeant: I often buy coffee from McDonalds, usually no complaints, on this occasion I ordered a large Cappuccino which was neither large or a Cappucino. The restaurant looked new and was immaculate, the staff were friendly, but they need to look at what they serve before putting the lid on. It tasted odd and I had a grippy stomach soon after.

4 /5 Al Campbell: Set up preferentially for drive thrus, the dining area is over two floors. The ground floor has a bank of ordering screens, limited seating with views of the car park or side door and the austere serving hatch has the look of a prison canteen. The food took a long time to arrive and the cheese on the McMuffin was not quite melted enough although ketchup was provided but sugar and stirring sticks werent.

1 /5 vino mahes: Actually 0 star I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the unacceptable service and irresponsible management I experienced today at your establishment when attempting to place a large bulk breakfast order for my clients. After waiting over 10 minutes in the queue drive through, I was delayed another three minutes when the counter service screen failed. The staff then instructed me to use the drive-thru other window ,however, breakfast service ended by the time I reached the window. When I requested an explanation, the service person returned, stating only, "Sorry, no more." I find this response unacceptable, especially since the operational failure (the screen not working) caused the wasted time, and the manager should have authorized an allowance to fulfill the order. The manager showed a complete lack of accountability by failing to come out, explain the situation, or offer a resolution. This incident reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I expect serious action, as customers should not be penalized for operational failures.
