5 /5 Pelin Karabulut: Thats my second time ordering from Paya by Deliveroo. One of my favourite main they do which is Black Bean Sauce with Chicken and Crispy Noodles. I love it so much thats delicious so much thank you best noodles ever! You guys made my day after my long busy shift ❤️

1 /5 Ashleigh B: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. We placed our order at 5pm and it didn’t arrive until 7pm - a full two-hour wait. We called multiple times for updates and were repeatedly told the driver would be contacted and we’d be called back, but no one ever did. Each time we had to chase them ourselves. The man on the phone was rude and obnoxious, acting as though we were inconveniencing him just for asking where our food was - despite the delay being entirely their fault. When the food finally arrived it was cold. The salt and pepper chicken was dry and completely flavourless, the chicken balls were extremely oily, and while the egg fried rice was okay, it didn’t make up for the rest of the experience. Terrible service, poor communication, and disappointing food. We will never, ever order from this place again.

5 /5 Charlotte Milano: Absolutely banging! Ive order yesterday for the first time with Uber Eats and the food arrive very quickly and was still very hot. The noodles were delicious and the gyoza amazing flavour. 10 out of 10! I will order again from this amazing gem Thank you, Charlotte

1 /5 Letícia de Abreu Dias: Avoid them AT ALL COSTS. I ordered lunch with them yesterday, when the food was supposed to be delivered, someone from the restaurant called me saying there wasn’t any drivers to pickup my food and if I could wait for 3 hours to get it, they would deliver. I said no because I wouldn’t be home, so they asked me to cancel the order on Uber Eats. I tried but I couldn’t make it so I call them again and they offered me to have this possibility of having the food any other day and time, I said it wasn’t interesting to me and I wanted the order cancelled. Guess what? They cancelled saying I ASKED FOR IT so I’ll be fully charged! That’s so unethical of you!

5 /5 Plumbing & heathing: recently tried the Chinese paya, and it was absolutely outstanding! The broth was rich, silky, and full of deep, comforting flavors that instantly warmed me up. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked, falling off the bone with every bite. What I loved most were the subtle Chinese spices and aromas that gave the dish a unique twist—light, fragrant, and incredibly satisfying.
