5 /5 Fuad Tabba: Just happened to stumble upon this on Google maps on a Saturday evening, not having had (up to this point) good Brazilian food in London.
The restaurant is in a hotel, which made me a bit sceptical at first. But by the end of the dinner we werent disappointed.
The place is small. Service was very friendly and welcoming. There were surprisingly few people there for a Saturday, which was even more surprising considering how good it was.
We ordered two of each of the Bolinhos de Bacalhau, Pastel de Pizza, Pão de Queijo sliders, and lamb skewers. We also ordered their special rice and seafood dish as a main.
The Bolinhos were nice and crisp, and the sliders were a fun take on Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread). The lamb was so tender and flavorful. The star of the show was the rice and seafood. The seafood and the rice were cooked to perfection. The amount of flavor in that rice was amazing.
All the while service was very attentive. The food came fast, but as a good pace -- they waited until we were done with one dish before getting the other.
I would definitely go there again, especially since it seems that they have different specials.
