2 /5 B Afzal: I visited the Oxford branch yesterday on 22/06, and ordered the loaded fries, with two quater chicken meals with spicy rice and karak teas. I was visiting Oxford with my mother from Cambridge and it was my mums first visit to the branch as I was telling good things about the food to her, from the time when I used to live in Oxford few years ago.
We enjoyed the loaded fried and karam tea I n the shop, both of which were superb. I picked up the rest of the food and verbally confirmed the order, including quarter chicken, rice and drinks and was told everything is packed. To my surprise when we arrived back in Cambridge, and opened the bag to have the food in dinner, both portions of spicy rice were missing.
I do understand that mishap happen, and forgetting orderbis not deliberate but what annoyed my the most was the fact that despite calling numerous times on the only number availableon both website and Google, no one picked the call. There wasnt any customer feedback or complaint email or form neither on Rios website nor on Google link. Finding a big chunk of food missing after a long day of travel and driving, was frustrating to say the least, as we were looking farward to eat and rest afterwards. There is no point in running a business if you dont want to take customer feedback, and if its impossible to reach you back. I wanted to feed that back so that the chances of this happening can be minimised to other customers.
Disappointed.
