5 /5 H99: Highly recommend! Food was fantastic quality and flavour, atmosphere is really lovely. Our waiter Rob was wonderful. Small plates but still a good sized portion, perfect for sharing. Recommend: seafood risotto and beef tartare. (we booked through the fork so had a discount)

5 /5 DarioUK: Rockwell is a perfect venue in Trafalgar Square for lunch or dinner. The food is tapas style and is a mix of different cuisine (I would say that the food is modern european). Service was very attentive, and the food as I said was delicious! I look forward to come back!

4 /5 Marco Fierro: Great food (though portions were quite small) and a lovely atmosphere with live music. Service was excellent overall — wine came quickly, food took a bit longer but that was fine. The waitress was very attentive, maybe a bit too much with the wine refills. I did mention it was an anniversary when booking, but nothing was acknowledged. Still, a very nice experience and I’d definitely go back.

5 /5 Joel Pagett: I recently had an amazing evening at Rockwell Bistro & Wine Bar in The Trafalgar St James with a group of friends. The space itself is stunning, offering an opulent feel the moment you walk through the entrance. The restaurant focuses on a small plates concept, which we absolutely loved, allowing us to try a wide variety of dishes. Between the four of us, we ordered a range of 3 plates each, and they were all fantastic and very flavoursome. They also offer an extensive cocktail and wine list to complement the food perfectly. The only small comment on the food is that while everything was delicious, it was also very rich. It would be nice to see some simpler salads and sides added to the menu to go alongside the dishes and cut through some of that richness - but this is only very minor! The service was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. When we visited on a Saturday night, they had a live DJ which created a great vibe without being overly loud, so we could still enjoy conversation. It was a truly wonderful dining experience and I would certainly recommend it if youre looking for dinner and drinks in London.

5 /5 Katy online: We were exhausted and looking for a bite, and Rockwell Bistro was the perfect find. Comfy tables, a quiet off-hour vibe, and super friendly staff. Our waitress even opened a new bottle of prosecco because the first glass didn’t look bubbly enough to her. We loved the wild mushroom croquettes that were warm, gooey, and full of Gorgonzola, and the seafood risotto was delicious, with lots of calamari. Tucked inside the Trafalgar St. James Hotel, it was a great escape from the busy streets outside.
