The food was good, but the main reason I’m leaving this review is because I honestly can’t remember the last time I received such high-quality customer service. I’ve forgotten the waiter’s name. I think it was Shiv or shishi but he was outstanding. It was the small details that really stood out: providing a little spoon for my two-year-old, adding extra sprinkles for my older child, and regularly checking in to make sure everything was okay. At one point, my son dropped his spoon, and before we’d even managed to pick it up, he was already there with a new one. That level of attentiveness is rare. So often, you see businesses spend thousands on décor and creating a nice setting, but overlook the importance of well-trained, genuinely attentive staff. That’s definitely not the case here. Well done for finding such a gem and training your team to such a high standard of customer service. I’ve already recommended you guys to several people — and please look after that waiter!

5 /5 Jan nah: This is the second time Ive visited Sprinkles in the space of a week. The food is sooooo good mashaAllah. Sharin is lovely and she goes above and beyond for her customers. The brothers are very good too. Service was great and its so peaceful to sit in and eat (no blaring music!). Thank you Sprinkles and see you again soon, inshaAllah!

5 /5 Sammy Hassan: Sprinkles is a fantastic breakfast and dessert spot in London that I often visit with my sister while my niece is at ballet. With a great variety of food to choose from. Everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The chai is the real highlight , it is perfectly spiced and easily one of the best I’ve had. It pairs well with both their breakfast and dessert options. Service was excellent, especially from Shishir, who was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of promptly. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
