5 /5 janine fourie: We stumbled on this lovely Pub/Inn. From the very first “welcome “ when we arrived around midday I knew it was somewhere I wanted to come back to. Bruce greeted us with a warm welcome and asked if we were jointing them and said our dogs were welcome. The smell of the Inn was so warming. It smelt cozy (of Thats a thing) .We were only having a drink outside in the sunshine but decided to return in the evening for a meal.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived in the evening and again Bruce had a warm welcome waiting for what felt like jusy for us . The ambience was lovely. We were seated in a busy area and when I asked Bruce if we could move to a quieter area he was only too happy to oblige. As I am going through chemo (he noticed the hair and signs) he said he would try to keep the area less busy which was really very sweet.
The food was delicious and very fresh. All in all we would highly recommend a visit and we will be back the next time we visit the Island. P.s they even have a dog menu ❤️
