1 /5 Paul Burley: The food is consistently good but, sadly, the service is becoming consistently bad. Yesterday we ordered an "asap" delivery only to receive a call to say there had been a mix up. The food arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes after we ordered. And the time before we specified delivery at 8.15 pm and it arrived at 7.45pm, before everyone was ready to eat so the food all got cold. This place is not cheap so it is especially disappointing that the service has become so unreliable. It really takes the shine off treating yourself to a curry.

5 /5 Ed: Absolutely exceptional. The best takeaway in the area, and probably one of the best in London. Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I visit here every 1-2 weeks and its always delicious food. As a vegetarian theres a wealth of options (which I am slowly working my way through trying).

When weve had friends or relatives over to visit and weve got a curry ftom there, they also often comment on how good it is. Thanks a lot and keep it up! Great stuff!

2 /5 Sophia ODonohue: As longstanding customer, saddens me to say the last couple of orders haven’t been up to par. The chicken in the railway curry was very dry as were the lamb pieces in my madras. Peshwari was doughy and felt a bit undercooked, and the sag aloo lacked flavour. Sadly going to have to find another Indian :(

3 /5 Bernie Verrills: Having eaten at Babur in the past & thoroughly enjoyed the food, we decided on having a takeaway delivery. It arrived promptly, but unfortunately was not up to the standards in house. The marinated for a 100hrs lamb curry with beetroot rice, was quite fatty, bland in flavour & with a watery sauce. The lemon with cashew rice was not exactly lemony & minimal cashew nuts. The rest of our £60 order was fine, but, the containers were a nightmare to open without causing a mess on the table. Plus we couldnt reseal them to save what was not eaten for later, so inconvenient.

The will of the People Their house special curry is the best Ive ever had , from other takeaways , thick sauce lots of flavours. The salt n pepper spare ribs are good too , small chunks but plenty of meat . Ill be going back no mistake there . Portions are very good as well .

Alice Carter Me and my family have been fans of mother flipper for a while! And they quickly became our fave takeout. Their beef and chicken burgers are both done so well, (I struggle to find burger restaurants that do a good beef and chicken - it’s usually one or the other) Their fries are THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD!!! Their dips are sooo good (ranch is superior). Recently we went to try their new chicken strip platter in shop, the customer service was great and really made going to the restaurant worth it!!!! Air conditioned (we went in 33° heat, so this was very much appreciated!) and the strips were perfection! We had leftovers to take home so good value for money. Long live mother flipper !!!!!! :)
