swati pareek Today we went there for lunch. The vibes were homely and the staff were very friendly, kind and humble. We ordered pani puri, masala mogo, pizza samosa, aloo parantha, methi bhajia, puran poli and sweet lassi. Each dish was so freshly made, flavoursome and melt in mouth. They gave us 6 types of chutneys and each chutney was different and yummy. Food and service was mind blowing, I highly recommend this place. Mr. Kumar, the owner, was so kind and sweet; and generously offered us their delicious methi thepla on the house.

Andrew Delicious banh-mi - great crunch to the bread, lovely char siu and the crunch and piquancy from the herbs and pickles. Vietnamese coffee was so deep in flavour - almost chocolatey notes. Love the shop, if I lived nearby this would quickly become a staple lunch stop.

Nickolas Bibby We used to order from the previous restaurant for many years and thought wed give the new ownership at Brunswick Tandoori a test...we were NOT disappointed but DELIGHTED with our order!! We ordered lamb korma, lamb vindaloo, coconut pilau rice, sag aloo, tandoori chicken, tiki chicken along with garlic nan and paratha. Honestly, we enjoyed everything! It was very tasty and flavorful. Sometimes vindaloo can be extra hot as peppers do vary but this was the perfect amount of heat. The delivery service was polite and courteous-a little later than planned but these things happen-we just need to order earlier next time and build in some more time. Ill certainly recommend them and the whole family is already looking forward to the leftovers! We cant wait to order again as it was that good! Enjoy.

John Schofield It a small arty cosy local coffee shop The Almond Croissant i has were fresh and would even say it was way better than the Prets Almond Croissant. Also i has a Cappuccino which was good. Prices are cheaper compare to the popular coffee brand shops like off Starbucks, Costa & Caffee Nero. On side noticed it only a couple of minute walk to Beckenham Junction train station and it even got a departure/arrive screen in the coffee shop.

Maitham al jalali Ambiance: Casual, cozy dining with traditional touches and friendly chatter. Service: Attentive and knowledgeable staff, helpful with menu guidance. The food:Star dishes: Chelo kebab and tahdig showcase tender meat and crispy rice; ghorme sabzi has bright, herb-forward flavors. Highlights: Butter-saffron rice aroma, perfectly crisp Tahdig. Value: Reasonable prices for generous portions; good value on a mid-range night. Verdict: Solid, classic Persian fare with standout rice and kebabs. Tahdig and saffron butter are worth trying/ 10 stars, thanks

Turnbull Ian We popped in for a few cocktails as we were staying locally. Nice well presented bar with lots of casual seating. A good selection of cocktails, all made fresh by the bar staff. A top tip : If you are ordering cocktails then ask for Bella, she is a great mixologist and, by far, the cocktails she served up were the tastiest of the evening.
