The place was busy. I understand that. The staff handled the orders poorly.
• The order of customers was not respected.• An employee brought the wrong pizza to our table. It was the same pizza we ordered, but it belonged to another table.• The employee looked confused and kept checking the orders.• My pizza arrived late, after I asked several times about my order.• At the end, another staff member said that we asked for that pizza and had to remake the order in an aggressive tone. They tried to blame us for the mistake.
The pizza tasted good. The staff needs to improve how they manage orders and how they speak to customers.
