5 /5 Gnome Roamin: Nice little spot with a lovely view of the sea. Pity attention to detail was missed - I swapped my dirty knife with the table behind me. The service is great. Friendly, smiley waitress. Food was fast delivered S it was not busy at all. The burgers are reasonably priced, so dont expect a fat patty. They are flavorful but could do with a smidge more sauce. Sadly by patty was a little over-charred but still treated good.

5 /5 Michelle Knee: Amazing service today from the Ramsgate branch. All the staff where so helpful and happy! Nothing was too big of an ask and they made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible, one of the nicest burgers Iveevee had! Definitely recommend!

3 /5 Darren Lawbuary: Very disappointing experience. Had been waiting months to visit. We wondered why we were the only customers on a Saturday night. Have to say from the outset, the staff were fantastic. Sadly, the burgers were dripping with grease, the loaded fries were cold (and very expensive for a small bowl). We spent our time sat at the table swatting away small flies. When it came to paying, they told me I couldnt pay with cash. It was lucky one of us had a card. Regrettably, we wont be returning.

2 /5 Rosie: On arrival everything was going great we was seated and ordered our meal. After eating most of my meal i started on my burger i bit into it to find out it was RAW. I informed the waitress and she offered to have me another made however i refused and politely asked if it could be taken off the price which she agreed to. After it being taken into the kitchen i had over heard the conversation with the chef and waitress. the waitress expressed how it was raw and the chef responded with “that’s not raw it’s medium rare” which i think conveys no consideration for customers. once we paid we were charged the full price. i spoke to another waitress who sorted out my refund although she fully refunded me and then asked me to pay for the meal again with the discount. which i was not going to do since the refund takes 3-5 days to come through anyway so there was no way i would’ve spent £70+ that night when she didn’t even check with me if it was okay before processing the refund.
