Kamran Nobari Delicious food and fantastic service. We arrived a bit early for our booking and were seated near the bar. The gentleman who welcomed us was providing us with updates on our table. We had a drink and then were guided to our table. We had few starters to share, like steak tartar and sausage and dumplings (can’t remember the polish name) all exceptional. Then me and my wife shared a schnitzel which was one of the best. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Great experience

From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. The selection was incredibly varied, with fresh fruits, high-quality pastries, delicious hot dishes, freshly baked bread, and excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. You could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A very special mention goes to Cecilia, who made our breakfast experience even more memorable. Her service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She greeted every guest with a smile, made sure everything was perfect, and created such a pleasant atmosphere in the morning. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference and started each day on the best possible note. Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Carina Jahn A couple of friends and I had dinner here and were very pleased. I had the chicken kafta, which I dont think Ive had before. It was very well seasoned and I loved the dipping sauces that came with it. We sat outside and the heat lamps were nice to keep us warm. Service was exceptional!

The food was truly delicious, beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and clearly made with real care and quality ingredients. What really stood out though was the welcome. We were made to feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived, which is such a rarity these days. It was so refreshing to relax in a restaurant where the atmosphere is warm and thoughtful. The interior is absolutely beautiful too, stylish, calm and inviting, making the whole experience feel like a proper treat rather than just a meal out. An incredible place with incredible food and lovely people. We will 100% be back and will be recommending Eli’s to everyone we know.

Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. Sophie We visited for the festive afternoon tea and booked the dome, it was highly enjoyable and loved the sweet treats especially the clotted cream and scone. The staff were lovely and really friendly. Would highly recommend booking a dome.
