2 /5 Roberto Munoz de Miguel: We had a bit of a bumpy arrival as the restaurant didnt have our reservation in their system, which made for a slightly uncomfortable first few minutes. ​However, the experience was completely turned around by another team member who stepped in and took control of the situation. They were very professional, took a look at our confirmation, and assured us they would get it sorted. The food was okay, and they honored the discounted rate we had booked. Excellent service recovery after a confusing start!

Whether it’s a quick bite or a relaxed dinner, the quality and atmosphere are always spot on. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the incredible team. Dora, Valery and Rebekah are absolutely brilliant. They provide exceptional service every single time—they are professional, attentive, and so incredibly friendly. They make us feel like more than just customers; they make us feel truly welcome. If you’re near the MK Stadium and looking for great food paired with top-tier service, I can’t recommend Prizzo enough.

5 /5 Natalie Ocallaghan: We didnt book and everywhere else was a 50min wait but they found us a table as fast as they could even tho they looked very busy. The food was amazing cant fault anything. Our server was Penelope she was wonderful, friendly, chatty and attentive.

We often come here with my parents because it’s one of our favourite places to eat together, and every visit is always enjoyable. Penelope was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and her warm personality really added to the whole evening. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, but Penelope’s excellent service truly stood out and made our visit even more special. Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience.
