5 /5 Adem Gultekin: We had an appointment at the vet in Romford early in the morning, and since we didnt have time to eat at home, we decided to find a place nearby for breakfast. we drove to Hornchurch and We stumbled upon this spot and checked out the menu. As we always make sure to eat halal, we werent sure if they served halal options, so we asked. They kindly confirmed that they could serve halal food, which was a relief. We ordered avocado on toast and an omelette. When the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. Not only was it enough to satisfy a hungry person, but it was also beautifully presented, making the meal all the more enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food itself was delicious. The only downside for us was that it was a bit on the pricey side. However, given the quality of the food and service, it was still a satisfying experience. I wish them all the best, and if Im ever in the area again, I would definitely consider coming back.

5 /5 Ky88: We have came to this cafe a few times. My nan likes it and I have family who live in Canvey that come to this cafe when visiting my nan. Always great food. Fantastic friendly staff and reasonable prices. In my opinion, this is the best cafe in Hornchurch.

3 /5 V: Ordered a prawn salad to go and it was £11.90 which was quite shocking anyway but i expected it to be a large portion with a variety of items which cafes usually provide when ordering a salad such as red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, coleslaw, carrots and bread etc etc but unfortunately, there were lots of prawns covered in sauce which was great but then basically only leaves, 2 bits of sliced cucumber and tomato and a small slab of coleslaw - so quite disappointing, especially for the price.

5 /5 Teacher Zainab Kamal: Absolutely love Tops Café in Hornchurch! The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and everything is always fresh and well presented. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing, which makes the whole experience really enjoyable. Great atmosphere whether you’re popping in for breakfast, brunch, or a relaxed meal. One of the best cafés in the area. Highly recommended!
