1 /5 Lukasz Rogalski: I visited Wendy’s Southampton and was the only customer in the restaurant — which makes what happened even more disappointing.
First, I was served cold fries, which had to be replaced. Then I discovered that my burger had the wrong sauce and was also cold. When I complained at the till, I was told “that’s how it’s served.”
I’ll let the picture speak for itself — but this is definitely not how a freshly prepared meal should look or taste.
Overall, a very poor experience. I won’t be returning.
