5 /5 Andrei Copaci: Really good quality food. I am coming all the way from Romford and I can be more happy that I am driving 1 hour back and forth for what I think is the best asian food in the area.

We ordered all our faves the hot was good but the deep fried tempura salmon roll was ice cold and the tempura was very soft and not crispy and the dragon roll that contains a panko prawn the prawn was ice cold in that when I rang to complain I was told it’s ment to be cold the sushi which I get the rice is but the components inside should be cooked and warm at least and the deep fried crunchy tempura salmon roll should be warm and CRUNCHY! As stated on the menu.. Furthermore when I called to complain the boy on the phones Akma tried to argue with me about the pick up times saying I must have picked up late I didn’t I rung straight after I placed my order to confirm a note I said will it be 25 mins and he said 30 as we are busy. I placed my order at 7.40 I parked my car at 8.05 I collected my order by 8.10 within the time frame advised. Only to be question and and accused of being late and that’s the reason these 2 items where ICE COLD. The hot stuff was pipping hot so clearly the tempura and panko had be made a long long time before. Below you will see the cold tempura salmon roll - a picture of it reheated on foil from the airfryer and the times of my call and proof from my tracker in my car for the time of the journey. And for reference I live 2 minute drive from kome. So it didn’t get cold on route home. As a loyal customer I found the attitude of the reception guy less then to be desired and I will not be returning which is a shame because when it’s good it’s great but tonight was not - not at all!

4 /5 Ian Lee: I ordered takeaway, salmon lover. They had my order ready for collection at the time I ordered for which is a plus. The food taste quite fresh, the quality of rice is very good and not overly seasoned. Location is right outside south Woodford station. I am a repeat customer and would order again.

1 /5 Ash: I ordered using UberEats. - all the food came back with hair pieces on them. It was absolutely disgusting. I use to order from here a lot before but this shocked me and their customer service was appalling and unhelpful.
