Good Friend - (Near Barking and Dagenham, South East)

Sophie Been here twice now. We had a table reserved for 8 people. Our food was very nice, however it all came out at completely different times. My food was actually cold. When it came to paying we split it 3 ways, 2 people paid cash and required change (the tip was taken care of) we waited about 15 minutes for the change, the waiter seemed like he forgot

The fresh toppings are spot-on, and the crispy fries with house-made sauces are the perfect side. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommend for burger lovers!

werewolf666rock Food is very good, but price for portions are quite high considering its a food display window cabinet inside a supermarket. Yes food is made daily and fresh, but with these prices I rather go eat in a restaurant serving the same food. Also the location is wrong on maps, it sends you somewhere else.

I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team! While waiting to order, I overheard another customer demanding a discount for an issue from *months* ago. The owner politely explained that problems should be reported within a reasonable time, which is totally fair. It’s clear they work hard to provide great food and honest service. Don’t let the odd unreasonable complaints fool you!
