McDonalds - (Near Barking and Dagenham, South East)

1 /5 Joe Jackson: Registering was complicated and the payment process took a long time. The customer support was also poor. This is the most customized order Ive ever seen! I dont typically have issues with this McDonalds, but this time I feel like Id be better off spending my money somewhere!

5 /5 Chelsea Mendham: I had a fantastic experience at the Dagenham McDonald’s Yesterday, all thanks to Sana! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team! I’ll definitely be choosing this branch again. Keep up the amazing work, Sana!"

1 /5 Bruna Ferreira: Poor customer service and difficulties with ordering as it took ages to get through with the payment. Ive never seen order customised like this!! Usually have no problems with this mc donalds but this has made me feel that Im better off spending my money somewhere else!!

1 /5 jashim uddin: This is not even a drive through. How have they expected me to park up for nearly half an hour for a portion of fries. Every time I had asked they asked it is coming shortly. Totally defeats the point of fast food drive through if I am expected to park up and wait for my food ages. Please note; this was not during peak time but at 2am.

1 /5 Samirah: Its extremely unfortunate to hear that a mcdonalds could be doing so poorly that they always give me the wrong items for delivery and dine ins, not offering refunds when paying at the kiosk and the items are no longer available. When getting delivery, every time without fail, the chips are stale, the fish fingers from the happy meal are rock solid, the burgers taste like cardboard and the milkshake flavours are just so off!! Ive tried to give this place a fair shot by ordering from them and dining in with them multiple times but each time without fail theres always something wrong and the workers are very rude about it as well. I would not recommend going to this mcdonalds at all.
