5 /5 Sarah Connelly: A really lovely brunch spot and a reminder of how good simple food can be when it is done properly.
The food here tastes genuinely fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Eggs are cooked well, ingredients feel high quality, and nothing has that reheated or pre-prepared texture you sometimes get elsewhere. You can tell things are made to order rather than rushed out.
The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and it actually feels like a place where you are encouraged to sit, talk, and enjoy your time rather than being hurried along. Staff are friendly, attentive, and relaxed, which makes a huge difference to the overall experience.
Prices feel fair for the quality, especially compared to other brunch spots nearby that charge more without delivering the same freshness or care.
A great local café that gets the basics right and does not rely on gimmicks or aesthetics. I will happily come back.
