Alicia Nunes We were really impressed with the Courtyard Restaurant. From the moment you arrive, the whole setting is beautiful driving to the garden centre past open fields, into a very well-presented space with a lovely butchery department at the entrance. You then walk through a large brick archway with impressive historic gates, which leads you into the Courtyard Restaurant itself.
We were greeted straight away by a member of staff, which instantly makes a difference, and the level of service throughout was excellent. We chose the Christmas dinner, which was fantastic value for money at just £18 far more affordable than many comparable places, and the quality didn’t disappoint.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily return. There’s also a café on site which we didn’t visit this time, but it looks beautiful from the outside, surrounded by plants and greenery. Highly recommended.
