The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavours and perfectly prepared. A special thanks to Sahana and Mahesh for their exceptional hospitality. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Their warm and professional service truly made our dining experience memorable.

1 /5 Dharmesh Solanki: I am writing to complain about receiving the wrong order again. We clearly ordered vegetarian biryani, and the confirmation also stated “veg biryani,” yet the food delivered was not vegetarian. This is the second time this has happened, which is very disappointing. My wife is strictly vegetarian, no eggs nothing so such mistakes are serious and unacceptable for me. Although when I called to incharge of that restaurant named Rakesh at Green street branch he mentioned that it’s not their fault, kitchen staff made mistake. So are you guys independent from each other and not working as team? So in that case your staff not well trained for food safety so how come they working in kitchen or put strictly non veg if your team not handle vegetarian clients. It’s about my wife’s health and safety plus religious. Before also they did same thing she can only get veg biryani and they gave Egg fried rise. The guy to whom we called from Illford branch who said he is operational manager gave what’s up number not even acknowledge our message after seeing photos and videos of incorrect order. This is such a shame. Although I am going to raise to food safety dept at council.

5 /5 Lovely Lavanya: I visited Hyderabad Darbar right at closing time, and I was really impressed with the service. Even though it was late, the staff member Mahesh Sahana was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and didn’t rush us at all. The food was also very delicious and fresh , especially haleem is too too good. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant was very clean and well kept. A special shoutout to Prajal, who was an excellent server. Prajal was polite, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!
