Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Carluccio’s to others.If you want, I can also make a shorter version for Google Reviews or a more casual one.

Lydia Chong A fast food style Japanese sushi bar. The crunchy shusi we had is really nice, taste like in Japan. But the noodle and rice is not authentic. Also disappointed it does not have ramen. The service is very good with constant touches checking if everything is ok.

Robert Lee Lovely bar and restaurant. Visited after a trip to the Natural History museum. We had cocktails followed by the set lunch. Reasonable prices, for London. Only slight negative, the jus served with the pork belly was very salty. I did inform them, but after Id eaten.

Lonnie Perry Stopped in for a late-night takeaway to enjoy back at our hotel, and MORE THAN JUST SUBS delivered on speed and flavor. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my wife really enjoyed her sandwich—fresh, satisfying, and just what she was craving. I had a small hiccup with my order (entirely on me—I didn’t communicate clearly), and my chips came topped with hotdog slices. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, that was a bit of a miss for me. But I appreciate that they were trying to add value, and the service overall was great. If you’re looking for a quick bite with solid options and fast turnaround, this spot is a reliable choice. Just be sure to clarify your order if you have dietary preferences—they’re happy to help.

She helped me inside the café to find my order and even went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. Bless those who raised her, and how lucky this place is to have her. The café has a cozy, stylish atmosphere, and the coffee was perfectly brewed—smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the visit feel relaxed and pleasant. Even with a simple coffee, the attention to detail and quality of the experience made it memorable, and I’d happily stop by again for another drink or a longer visit.
