5 /5 Jessica Dudley: Found this after a quick Google search for a bite to eat whilst on the road and now were kicking ourselves for not having come here before. 30 seconds off of a junction weve used many times and countless opportunities weve missed for a great lunch.
Naturally, we had the pie and mash and as someone who has grown up with both South and East London options, this was just as good as my memories. Served with a spoon and chilli vinegar you already know its going to be good.
You might also think tea is just tea but somehow this even tasted exactly like I make at home.
Service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick, the place was bright and clean and whilst parking can be tricky with limited spaces out front shared with other businesses you can park down the street and walk down easily enough.
Cant wait to come back, thank you
