5 /5 Rohan Z Bhatti: Nice and friendly staff. The waffles and chicken I had, chicken was nice but the waffles was a little stale, but overall nice dish. Also had the hazelnut and white chocolate french toasts which was amazing and would order again. A bit little busy when we went Saturday mid-day and loud, but you could still have conversation.

1 /5 Dilek Polat: Disappointing visit! I visited Little Hudson for breakfast for the first time yesterday during a very short work break. The café was quiet, with only a few tables occupied. I politely asked to sit at one of the sofa tables (which can easily accommodate two people), but the waiter seemed unhappy and insisted I sit at a small table in the corner instead. After ordering, another waiter approached me and repeatedly pressured me to change tables, mentioning potential afternoon bookings, despite the café not being busy at all. I made it clear I just wanted to sit and enjoy my breakfast. Unfortunately, the service felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Plates were placed on the table without a word, in a manner I found rude. Having worked in hospitality management myself, I found this particularly disappointing. I truly want to support local, independent cafés, but the experience lacked warmth, respect, and authenticity. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it!

5 /5 Travelmad999: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Visited today and what an incredible find! Ordered the breakfast bagel and pancakes - both were absolutely delicious. The breakfast bagel was honestly the best Ive ever had, and the pancakes were equally impressive. The mocha was fantastic too - clearly they know their coffee! What really made the experience special was the staff - they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The whole atmosphere was lovely. Plus, they offer free WiFi which is always appreciated! Its such a shame were just visiting the area because I would absolutely love this to be my local cafe! Everything about Little Hudson Cafe exceeded expectations. Will definitely be back if were ever in the area again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional food, great coffee, wonderful service, and a comfortable spot to work or relax. 5 stars without hesitation! You know its a good place when the local ambulance crews buy coffee there.

4 /5 Emma Williams: Lovely little place with cute decor. Very welcoming staff. Food prices are reasonable for cooked breakfasts etc, although pancakes a little pricey at almost £14 but then again, I didn’t order them so they are probably worth the money! Good variety of veggie options My review is very mixed in terms of the food, because my husband enjoyed ‘ most’ of his but mine wasn’t great. Husband had usual breakfast of beans, eggs etc but the sausage was chicken, which he called ‘nasty’ he clearly didn’t like it I opted for scrambled egg on sourdough toast. Fluffy, light scrambled Eggs! I got what my husband called hybrid eggs! A mix between scrambled and omelette. Scramlette?! Scrambled means scrambled, instead it was somehow bind in to a fancy shape and I spent ages trying to deconstruct it and make it more scrambled It was over cooked and tough, yes eggs can be tough (discovered this today) disappointing. The sourdough on the other hand was undercooked, we only use sourdough at home and are used to popping it back in the toaster a few times because it doesn’t toast as well as bread. I think my slice this morning was barely introduced to toasting at all. I didn’t say anything ( yes I know I know) My latte was amazing! One of the best I’ve ever had. Service was excellent. I wanted to order another latte just to hear the accent on the man who seats everyone and makes sure everyone is happy. What a lovely man and he really takes care of customers. Loved the vibe, lots of families and I especially loved that they were chatting and not a mobile phone in sight. Some lovely learning toys and books available for children too. Would we return? Yes! I’ll try the pancakes next time. Go try the scram-lette yourself! Just because I don’t like it doesn’t mean you won’t But for me….. Don’t mess with scrambled eggs guys. Chaos doesn’t need design!
