Sheena King I bought a patty that was so delicious that I returned to the shop and purchased six more patties along with a juice. The juice I selected was seamoss mixed with another ingredient. It was too thick and lacked flavor. I often make seamoss gel for myself, and when I prepare seamoss juice, it has a distinct taste. I expressed my disappointment, even though the staff were very courteous. The juice was intended for my mother, who didnât enjoy it, but they claimed everyone likes it that way. This is how the drink is supposed to be made; however, if it doesnât suit me as a customer, they could have offered a refund or exchanged it for a drink that is less bland and thick like a gel. It resembled a gel and was marketed as a juice. It was unfortunate because I really liked the patty. I chose not to argue and decided to take my business elsewhere.
