700 up Ive been going here since I was a kid and Im in my my 30s now. The food has drastically decreased in quality and portion size over the years. One of the items ordered was cripsy squid rings which was very oily and the squid was thin and looked freezer burnt. Waitress was dismissive and looked like she didnt want to be there. Such a shame this place has a lot of potential to get it right.

Erik 50 Lovely place under a big tree. Sitting in the sun, shade and enyoing breakfast could not be better. Very tasteful and with the best coffees and teas. Also great for mid day drinks and lunch.

Jennifer C Hands down my favourite pizza in london ! Pizzas super fresh with the perfect crust - chewy and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside without being soggy like some places. Toppings are delicious and generous. Recommend the Arianna sbagliata (truffle, honey, Gorgonzola cheese with charcoal crust) and tartufo nell’universo (truffle with stuffed crust). Service quick and friendly. Plenty of seating inside with seats outside too.

George Dickie I just had a big breakfast and thought it was just exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. The staff who served me was really friendly and polite and the service quick. Made up for arriving an hour early for my passport!

Jann Brierley Jessica that works here was super nice and helpful with my order as i didnt know what to get. i never thought mango and brisket go together but it complimented each other so well. Monica’s presentation was really good as well, it looked so appetising. Bartek was real chill and nice to talk to. would highly recommend coming here if you’re feeling adventurous or just wanting something nice to eat.

Mueen H We visited Smoke & Pepper in Leyton and tried their newly launched ‘The Flying Dutchman’ burger, along with their popular Big Smoke and Brisket Burger with Gravy. We also ordered the Korean Loaded Fries and Brisket Loaded Fries. The food was of good quality, freshly prepared, and full of flavour. As everything is made to order, we had a 20-minute wait, which was reasonable. We also tried the Pacha Mojito, which was just about okay and didn’t quite match the quality of the food. The venue is relatively small, with seating for around 20–30 people, so we had to wait briefly as it was busy. Burger portions were on the smaller side, but the fries were served in generous portions. The prices were fair for the quality, and based on our visit, we’d be happy to return to try more from the menu.
