East End Arms - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Vicky Crawford: Just back from a lovely stay at The East End Arms in their dog friendly cottage. We all felt at home straight away and the combination of B&B, self catering and the pub for dinner was perfect. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect base for exploring the wider New Forest and also walks from the front door if you don’t mind starting out down the country lane. We would love to come back but now only seem to be able to book a minimum 3 night stay. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect. Breakfast every morning was lovely and we had a three course meal each night - delicious. Parking gets busy and I think it would be good to clearly mark the parking for the cottage as when others park across the gate to the garden it’s a little tight to access next to their car.

5 /5 LPM LPM: I havent been here for a while, I do live some distance away but so pleased that my friend and I visited today. This pub is very well presented, I love the rock star pictures on the walls, the fresh floral displays on all tables. It was lovely and warm with a great ambience and a very warm welcome. They supported my dietary requirement, no fuss just very willing and served a great plate of food for both of us. Looking forward to visiting again . Big thank you to staff/chef for making our lunch very enjoyable xx

5 /5 Ava Musgrove: Came here for my boyfriends dads birthday dinner and it was so so lovely, I am usually quite a fussy eater so was apprehensive to go somewhere new. However the fish and chips I had was amazing, and the food I tried from my boyfriends familys plates were very nice. Their dog was able to sit in the restaurant with us under the table!! The environment of both the restaurant and pub area was so cosy and lovely, met a nice group of people who also complimented the pub. Would definitely come here again :)

5 /5 Tim Kane: Came to eat here few weeks ago and we were very impressed. The quality of the food was excellent, staff were great as was the environment. Everything was just right for a relaxed Friday evening. Will be back soon.

5 /5 Ed Bell: Went for Sunday lunch with the family, the food was fantastic. Service also very good. One complaint was the fire wasn’t ventilating properly and the restaurant was very smokey. To help ventilation we had to have the window open which in turn made us cold! Would definitely recommend the east end arms, just sort your smokey fire out!!
