Neighbourhood Cafe Yukari - (Near Richmond upon Thames, South East)

5 /5 Alan Chan: A real little hidden gem. The cafe is small, cute and cosy, right opposite the station. They offer Japanese meals, teas and cakes / baking. There is a lunch special menu that changes. For me my favourite is the udon with prawn tempura which I really recommend.

5 /5 A Jay: One of the best little gems in Kew, located next to the station, walking distance to kew gardens and such a wonderful atmosphere. Every time I come here, it feels like the first time again! Thank you Yukari and family, for your beautiful establishment.

5 /5 Shuet Han Tsui: Love this cafe. Just a shame I live far away. I was visiting the National Archives and researched beforehand what was nearby, and thought this looked good. And I was not wrong. Small selection of Japanese food. All good. We had tea and it was particularly good. Nice & strong, and they offered a free refill (which we took up). We sat outside in the gorgeous afternoon sun. The cafe is located in quiet small square/courtyard, so is a lovely place to chill out. Their opening hours are quite unusual, so you best check beforehand. FANTASTIC, polite service.
