5 /5 Ashley: I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherd’s Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff were amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. His sweet demeanor and attentiveness continued to make me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Such a great hotel for solo female travellers — I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the Wagyu Fried Rice at Chet’s was absolutely incredible!

5 /5 katie fellows: I had such a lovely stay at The Hoxton and wanted to share how positive the whole experience was from start to finish. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming, stylish, and relaxed, and everything felt really well looked after. A special thank you to the staff who made the visit extra memorable — Kevin at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful on arrival, setting the tone straight away. Ricki at the bar was warm and attentive, with great service and a brilliant attitude. Livio in the restaurant made dining a real pleasure, and Emanuel in the apartment team was fantastic — professional, kind, and quick to help with anything needed. It’s always the people that make a stay stand out, and this team really did. I’d absolutely stay again and would happily recommend The Hoxton to others.

5 /5 Matthew Sinno: This evening, I was treated to Tash, Luke, Vikram. I flew in late from overseas and these 3 perfect gentleman took amazing care of me. I was lost on what is best served and was not familiar with area, but these three knew the area, the local restaurants, and what the vibe was. I had intended on checking in and leaving, but they were so friendly and approachable I didn’t want to leave. I feel like I made friends for life here. My business takes me to this area often, but now I will specifically stay at the Hoxton just to catch up with my new mates!

5 /5 Amy: Had a very beautiful stay at The Hoxton whilst visiting the area for a concert at the O2 Empire. Weve never stayed in Shepherds Bush before but this hotel seems very central. It overlooks the Shepherds Bush green, which is very pleasant, and is only a 5 minute walk to the tube station. Plenty of shops and the market in the surrounding streets. But what best suited us was that it was only three doors down from the concert venue, which was excellent when we left the venue at midnight. The hotel itself is immaculate, very well-kept and the design aesthetic is beautiful. It feels like a luxury hotel. On a cold February day the lobby and bar was lovely and warm. On arriving, the reception desk was staffed by some lovely people who were very welcoming and smiley. In particular Id like to send my thanks to Karada (I hope thats spelled correctly), who was very lovely - what an absolute ray of sunshine to be welcomed with! She was super enthusiastic and explained everything perfectly, and was possibly the nicest person Ive ever spoken to at a reception desk at a hotel. The room was beautiful, super clean and modern. The bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows. There was a radio and big TV in the room, which was nice. The thermostat worked and we were able to make the hotel room nice and warm for our late return in the cold. The bathroom was lovely and I wished wed used the shower because it looked amazing, but we hasnt the time. Breakfast the next morning was a little weird, but still nice. Its here why I knocked off a star for the service. When we came to breakfast we arrived at an unmanned desk and there was a few of us waiting there, not really knowing what to do. Wed pre-paid for breakfast alongside our room, but a lot of people were just coming from outside (not staying at the hotel) and were taking up a lot of the tables, hence our wait. The lady who eventually came over to check us in was quite quiet and not the happiest. We werent told what breakfast items were included for the pre-paid breakfast, more information beforehand would have been good. It took forever for anyone to take our order, we actually had to track down a waiter to ask them to come over (in the meantime, the lady on the table next to us, who was behind us in the queue to get in, had ordered and was eating). My order came wrong, as I only ordered scrambled eggs on toast and they gave me a full English. A glass of orange juice was missing. It all seemed quite frantic and I can only assume it was with the demand of non-hotel guests adding to the busyness. It would be nice for the hotel guests have priority, or a larger dining area if you want to accommodate both types of clientele. Besides all of this, the breakfast room itself was decorated very nice and again, felt like a luxury hotel. The food was really good and definitely more up-market than what Im used to for a hotel breakfast (not a bad thing). Overall I would definitely stay here again if we happened to be in the area. 5 /5 lauren simpson: I hired out the Hoxton to celebrate my birthday with some friends and family in their apartment space. Firstly, I organised this with only a couple of days ahead of the event date. The team could not have been any slicker and helpful with everything I needed. Amy kindly helped make it all happen via email while Sammy Executed it all in reality. The organisation of this team and this space is second to none. I have stayed at the Hoxton a few times as I love this place but how they pulled off my birthday with hardly any notice will always stick for me. Sammy went above and beyond on the night and was attentive and ready to answer any questions and to help on the night. He was keeping to schedule and checked in throughout the night to make sure that everything was going the way it was supposed to go. Thank you Sammy, Amy, Ron + The team at Hoxton Shepherds Bush for making it a memorable birthday!
