5 /5 Dave Beckers: Went here Wednesday for their bring a packet of pasta get a free meal thing. I was in a wheelchair and their lift was not working but we managed things. Had a beer and a lovely lunch and got some pics. Compliments to Daniella & Galio

1 /5 LunaarRay: I entered Bella Italia, gazing at its dim atmosphere; there was a noticeable lack of customers. I requested three children’s meals, however, I was unfortunately met with resistance from the waitress who was insistent that one of my children was not eligible for the meal, despite their obvious adolescent status. Following that abhorrent encounter, our meals took a rather extended amount of time to arrive at the table. Famished from the day, I took a bite of my meal and grimaced in disappointment. It was stone cold, revolting and resembled a ready meal from a supermarket. It had absolutely no flavour or integrity, similarly to the entirety of the establishment. Moreover, my drink was just as vile as the food and after expressing my distress, I was met with severe gaslighting when I evidently know how the beverage is supposed to taste. To replenish my palate from that disaster, I craved dessert but there were no staff in sight and I had to go to the counter to order it. The dessert was the best part of the experience but I knew it was just microwaved and absolutely not fresh. Overall, please do not waste your money or time and spare your tastebuds from this horror of a restaurant. I would not recommend whatsoever.
