3 /5 Ionut Cislariu: I recently visited this Italian restaurant and had mixed feelings about the experience. I ordered the Chicken Milanese, which was cooked beautifully — crispy on the outside and tender inside. However, the sides were disappointing: the potatoes were quite hard, and the salad portion was minimal, more of a garnish than a proper side.
I also asked if they offered any bread, and while they did bring two small slices (which I appreciated), I was surprised to see a 3.50 charge for them on the bill. It would’ve been nice to be informed about the cost upfront, especially since it felt like a complimentary gesture.
The biggest let down was the service. When I politely mentioned that the potatoes were too hard to eat, the waitress dismissed my comment, saying “that’s impossible,” and walked away. I found this response quite unprofessional and disappointing.
Overall, while the main dish had potential, the experience was let down by inattentive service and a lack of transparency. I hope they take this feedback on board and make some improvements.
