5 /5 Emma Rahman: We had our office Christmas lunch at Tattu London, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the décor was absolutely exquisite. Staff were super friendly and attentive throughout. We chose the 3-course set menu, which was more than enough food—everything was delicious. The sushi was fresh and crisp, the steak was perfectly cooked medium-well on a bed of asparagus, and the dessert was sweet and moreish. We added duck pancakes and char siu pork, which were both tasty, but honestly, the set menu alone is plenty. One funny note: the round tables look like Lazy Susans, so everyone tried to spin them at some point! Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’m trying more of their cocktails!

5 /5 Rowan Johnson: I had a really good experience at Tattu, the atmosphere is very cool, they had a DJ while we were there, along with a nice fitout and a number of rooms. It was very busy when we first arrived at 7 with alot of people leaving and others coming in, this lead to a delay at the cloakroom and a bit of a build up of people on the upstairs lobby. It took a bit over 5 minutes to be seated. The cocktails that we had were all nice, well presented and had a unique trist to them. I think the tea service was so so and keeping the water topped up during the meal could have been better. The food was generally expectional, we had the mixed dumplings taster, which all rated nice and again was well presented. The sticky beef which was great. Our mains we had pork belly, tofu and shredded duck fried rice. I thought the duck fried rice was ok but not at the same standard as the rest of the dishes, it tasted like something I could get at a local shop while everything else tasted expectional. We had the pagoda chocolate desert, which was nice but I think I would give desert a miss if I went again. Service seemed attentive and friendly but also a little slow at times given the number of staff and the 14.5% service charge I think it could be better.

5 /5 Sarah H: Tattu is a beautiful restaurant, serving delicious Cantonese food. The decor was stunning, making you feel like you were in a cherry blossom bloom. It has a very slick look. I attended with my foodie group and we were not disappointed. One of my group had her birthday and they gave her a complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch. Our server was very attentive and patient and when one of the group found her dish too spicy they changed it for her. We went for the a la carte menu. I had for starters the surf and turf dim sum which was delicious and the skewer scallops which were cooked to perfection. I shared Wagyu beef rice with someone else and we also shared a whole wasabi lobster which worked out better than buying 2 halves. Those 2 dishes went beautifully together. The concept is for the dishes to be shared. We were too full so we did not have any dessert. I would definitely love to return to try some dessert, especially as they had a lemon drop dessert. Lemon desserts are my favourite. My sons birthday is coming up so it would be a good reason to return.

5 /5 Nita S: Visited Tattu London recently and had a great experience. The décor is absolutely stunning — very stylish and atmospheric, making it a lovely place for a special meal or evening out. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options on the menu. It’s nice to see a restaurant offer such a good selection rather than just one or two token dishes, and everything we tried was full of flavour. The service was very good as well — attentive, friendly and professional without being overbearing. Overall, a really enjoyable visit and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for great food in a beautiful setting.

2 /5 Antepli: Only enjoyment of the food by 6 people was dim sum lobster toast kung Po prawns and the sliced beef steak. rest of the food was Very disappointing experience at Tattu London. I had previously tried Tattu Birmingham and wasn’t impressed, it wasn’t my choice to go London branch it was friends and my wife choice. but this visit confirmed the brand just doesn’t deliver on its premium pricing. We paid £130 per person for the set menu and the value for money was poor. Portions size for the food were okay but several dishes lacked or quality and the flavours. The rice looked dry and tasteless, disappointed for the rice dish. the white miso salmon was forgettable and not cooked on the grill barbecue to enhance the flavour. and the tenderstem broccoli had zero truffle taste again not cooked on grill to enhance flavours— just soy sauce. For a restaurant positioning itself as high-end, this is unacceptable. Drinks pricing borders on ridiculous. size or A 200ml Diet Coke in a premium restaurant feels cheap and stingy and the pornstar martini (£18) was shockingly the smallest cocktail glass in the world and nothing special about it passion fruit has been cut in quarters to fit in the cocktail glass you can see in the photos section — more like a sampler than a cocktail. It honestly felt like cost-cutting at the customer’s expense. Dessert didn’t save the night. The yuzu lemon drop wasn’t enjoyable by my friends and wife. My one I have asked to swapped, the sticky toffee pudding was dry and tasteless — Sainsbury’s had better versions than this one and are far better taste and the quality’s. Aside from nice décor and social media appeal, the food and drink simply do not justify the prices. This feels like a place people visit once for photos, not for quality dining. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for real value or flavour. It feels like this restaurant relies more on trend and presentation than genuine food quality. Diners without much experience in good food may not notice the difference between something exceptional and something merely acceptable.
