5 /5 Jonathan Davies: We came here 2 years ago ahead of a gig at the Wembley arena. It was a great find, with attentive staff and a really nice chilled atmosphere. We happened to be in London again and struggled to remember where it was but we eventually found it and it was great again! Well be back for another gig in March and will definitely come back here for a pre-gig meal and drink. I would definitely recommend it.

5 /5 R S2002: Had a fantastic experience. The Arch is up there with some of the best pub Indian food I have. The management have exquisite Northern Indian punjabi food. Mixed grill, naans that melt in your mouth and one of the best biryani’s I have ever had. John and Vishal were so welcoming to my family and made us feel right at home, we will be back!

5 /5 Krishma Vaghela: I needed an Indian fix and this place fulfilled that craving. Great food and atmosphere. We had crispy bhajia, chilli paneer, a couple of chicken curries, nan and rice.

1 /5 Apexa Solanki: Absolutely unprofessional and careless service. I booked a table one week in advance for 20th Tuesday 1:00 PM. Today, when I called to confirm and let them know we would be coming, I was shocked to be told that the restaurant will only open at 4:00 PM. This was never mentioned at the time of booking even we had discussed for menu on call with some specific arrangements for birthday. When I pointed this out, instead of apologising or taking responsibility, the person on the call tried to cover the mistake by playing with words, confusing the 20th with the 28th, as if such basic dates are interchangeable. This excuse was frustrating, unacceptable, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. If I had not called to confirm, I would have arrived with my friend to a closed restaurant, causing unnecessary embarrassment. Taking bookings without knowing or communicating opening hours, and then making excuses instead of owning the mistake, is simply not acceptable.The person on call told me he will call back and arrange something still not received single call. This experience has completely put me off. I will never visit this restaurant and would strongly advise others to double-check everything before trusting their reservations.
