Ouldsy My wife and I went to City Social for an anniversary drink. The views were amazing, the staff were very helpful, professional and attentive. We will definitely be going again, and maybe next time having something to eat. I’d recommend anyone to try it, and you don’t have to spend a fortune. Just a couple of drinks while taking in the fantastic views of the city.

Olga Artjomova Wild Izakaya is one of those rare places where you start by ordering “a few things” and somehow end up trying half the menu, cause everything is that good. The aubergine was smoky, silky and perfectly glazed - the kind of dish you keep thinking about the next day. The sushi? Incredibly fresh, balanced, clean flavours, no overload, just precision. Every plate we tried had depth, texture and real attention to detail. Nothing felt random or rushed. You can tell the kitchen actually cares. This isn’t just “nice Japanese food” - it’s thoughtful, confident and seriously delicious. London doesn’t need another restaurant. But it definitely needed this one.

I had the onion soup, which was excellent and a very good portion size. For the main course I chose the sirloin steak, and for dessert the apple pie — both were perfect. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.
