5 /5 Ge Drew: Really great food and service overall. Easy parking and disabled parking nearby too. Arrived on a week day, group of 5 and easily used a voucher we had. Pleasant experience. Only things were just wish it was clearer where to wait or even whether to wait to be seated. No sign saying so. Also it was rather cold where we were sat. Was told the heating was on but radiators were off? Perhaps another customer had fiddled with them but would prefer it to be warmer. Especially with elderly. Very friendly and attentive staff make up for it. Will come back. Delicious triple cooked chips are perfect!

We were 7 people on a Sunday at 5pm, restaurant empty and the guy who is in charge of the bookings such a horrible man.He heard we were talking Spanish and straight away he said "sorry we are fully booked I can give you a table", the restaurant was empty on a sunday at 5pm even an old guy who was having a drink said " theres plenty of space,tell him to give you the table". Horrible experience,Im not coming never ever to a beef eater. All the people I know who work in hospitality will know about this.

5 /5 martin omond: So, Having stayed at the Premier Inn I ate at the Mill House. From the moment I stepped into the pub everyone was very friendly and welcoming and it had a warm atmosphere. The waitress who served me was Jess D who was nothing but perfect in her whole approach to customer service, nothing was too much trouble and her manners were impeccable. Every aspect of her whole approach to her work needs to be applauded by the management. Thank you Jess for making my evening meals very enjoyable. The food was cooked perfect and was of good quality on all 3 nights of my visits. Well worth a visit.

1 /5 Lara C: Honestly, never again. Dry and overcooked, thinnest burger, had 3 little prawns on top that aren’t pictured. £18?! Last time we came the food was pretty decent, sadly won’t be going back. Staff were nice however.
