5 /5 Mark Ngavaite: Called to ask if they was open today and the employee was very helpful. Introduced himself, informed me of the options I have. And calm and collected when speaking on the phone and offered to have me take more time to think of my order and then call back. Rang him again and he took my order, and gave me a time slot to get pick up my order. Social distancing was in place and the food was good as advertised. Highly recommend tandoori nights Taj Mahal, the name was what attracted to me ordering.

1 /5 Mike Hunter: Had a really horrific experience with this restaurant. Placed an order online and it was accepted. Two hours went by order still hadn’t come I’d phoned a few times and they told me it was on the way I went in person to the restaurant drove all the way there and got told that the delivery Was with the delivery driver currently and I’d be receiving it in the next 20 minutes. I phoned again 20 minutes later and it didn’t arrive and got told that they didn’t have an order to start off with even though they accepted it. So they lied to my face several times. Absolutely no customer service were really rude both on the phone and in person not caring at all. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Definitely won’t be coming back and am still waiting for my money back, as they of course took the payment.

1 /5 Cynthia S: Appalling Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs Im giving one star only because zero isnt an option. My sister traveled from the United States to visit me in Ashford and wanted to order food for her husband. On the 22nd December at approximately 7.30, She called Tandoori Nights at Taj Mahal to ask perfectly reasonable questions about their menu and what theyd recommend - you know, the kind of questions any restaurant should expect and welcome. Instead, the person who answered was breathtakingly rude. He was impatient from the start, then had the audacity to mock her accent, and finally told her: "Can you make your mind up because youre wasting my time?" This is disgraceful treatment of any customer, let alone someone genuinely trying to give them their business. A simple phone inquiry about their food was apparently too much trouble. There are plenty of excellent Indian restaurants in the area with staff who actually value their customers and treat them with basic respect and courtesy. I strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this place entirely.
