Allen Chan Excellente service and delicious food. When you walk in here it is as though youve been transported to a lovely charming restaurant in Bulgaria. Amazing food and amazing service. The Bulgarian Tiramisu was so good that I really didnt get a chance to eat it as my children gobbled it up in a flash. Because it has chewy biscuits in it the texture was to die for. The pork in a pot was so flavoursome that I had to use my cutlery to fend off the ravenous children... Again. Well I come again? Yes, yes and yes. Obicham tova myasto!

Eva Hendriks An excellent dining experience from start to finish. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food presentation was beautiful. The duck breast was tender, with a perfectly balanced sweet sauce. Dessert was also impressive.

Sadek Ali I was recommended this place for dinner after my friends went there previously so I thought I’d give it a try. If I’m not mistaken it is a family run Pakistani Cuisine restaurant that offers both takeaway and dine in options. It’s not a massive restaurant but there is plenty of space for large groups but definitely book a table in advance. There is a large variety available on the menu with emphasis on grilled foods. We went for the 3-4 people Mixed Tawa for 3 people and we had to take some home because of the quantity. The food is made to order so you will have to wait a bit for it to come out so getting there on time and ordering sooner rather than later is advised as like I said previously it is a family run business. But what I will say is the wait is worth it. I’ve had a lot of mixed grills in my time and their take on spices and flavours is unique to the traditional mixed grills you get around London. The meats are very tender and juicy and enthused with the oils and spices in the tawa. I will say it is a bit greasy just because it is on a tawa but this absorbed into the naan adds a lot of depth and doesn’t end up being too heavy. Overall the food is very good and it’s a spot I would return back to on a regular basis. I would give it a try if you’re in the area or looking for something new.

Tat We stumbled upon this cute pub whilst driving through the South Downs National Park. It was lovely to dine by the fireplace. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant, and really went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The pub is dog friendly - there were lots of cute well behaved pups around. The pub is very cosy and the menu is more exciting than a regular pub. We had a fish and chips and a banoffee dessert as part of a set menu and both were divine. The fish batter was very light and crispy, and their take on a ‘deconstructed’ banoffee pie really on point. Would recommend and I’m looking forward to return. They also have Long Man Lager on tap which is a bonus.
