1 /5 Marta Atamanchuk: The food is good, fresh and tasty. But the customer service is awful! Everyone constantly look moody, they never greet their customers, they never say thank you, hello or goodbye. Especially Carolina the assistant manager. She never says hello, hardly even gives eye contact to a person when speaking, always looks moody, annoyed and unhappy I would say fed up. I don’t know how she can manage the place, staff if she can’t manage her behaviour towards the customers. When I come to the shop, I don’t feel welcomed. Just a quick reminder, no meter how good is your food, clean is the shop, we also want to receive a good customer service, as customer we also want to be welcomed to the store and appreciated!!! I was a regular customer, I was coming to the shop everyday for a sandwich and bread but today I really had enough. When I said hello to Caroline and how was her day, she responded without even looking at me, to be honest I don’t think I ever saw her smiling so as the other lady who worked with her today, tall lady with dark hair, I didn’t see her name. Customer service in that shop needs a lot of work. The girls don’t respond to the standards of that bakery. Won’t be visiting anymore so as my family too. I’d rather go Tesco and get a smile and great customer service, instead of coming where people don’t even look at you or say thank you when you purchase something!!!! You will be loosing a lot of customers because of the way your customer service is. I would rate it 0 if I could!!!!
