1 /5 Ana De-Almeida: Where to start, it was meant to be a celebratory dinner , but instead we were asked to wait for our table, despite having a reservation confirmed , very poorly organised , customers left the restaurant because of the lack of tables and organisation , we ordered food and water that never arrived , the caipirinha had large ice cubes instead of crushed iced , the mixed pastries were never served , the waiter Nikki tried her best but she was too overwhelmed with the lack Of support . Apparently the owner was at church !!! We where billed for food that was never served and when we asked for a discount We had to wait for someone to authorise it , after several errors we got a 5% discount overall this was the worst restaurant I’ve been too. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

2 /5 Milene Bumba: Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We had booked a table in advance, but when we arrived the table wasn’t even ready for us. We had to wait despite having a reservation, which was not a great start to the evening. The food itself was only okay, nothing particularly memorable. However, the service was very disorganized throughout the meal. It took a long time for the rest of the dishes to arrive and everything felt quite chaotic. To make things worse, when it came time to pay the bill the staff seemed confused and didn’t know exactly how much to charge us. It took a while to sort it out, which added to the frustration. Overall, the whole experience felt messy and poorly managed. Unfortunately, not a place I would go back. But saying all that, thank you especially to Nicki ( staff/waitress) tried to do multiple tasks

5 /5 Camila Ricciardi: Under the new management, the change in this restaurant is clearly noticeable. The atmosphere is now much more welcoming and family-friendly, with pleasant music at a comfortable volume. The service was excellent (Lu was the waitress serving out table) - our food arrived in about 10 minutes and everything was delicious. My family and I really enjoyed the experience. It was also impressive to see the owner managing a large reservation while still maintaining great service and quality for all the other tables. You can tell there is real care and dedication behind the place. We will definitely be coming back!
