5 /5 Teresa Egan: The front of house staff, especially Nikki, Kriti and Lukasz, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even when the place was busy, they worked tirelessly to make sure every customer was happy and well looked after. Great atmosphere, great service—definitely worth a visit!

5 /5 P Gurung: came by monkey puzzle to have lunch and it was amazing. great value for food and delicious! two ladies working was wonderful and helpful. friendly and kind. they have outdoor garden area which is nice for kids and the restaurant is big which has a bar side and a restaurant side. it was a great visit!

1 /5 Nicola Randle: This place has really gone downhill if im being honest. My parents have been staying in the premier inn here each time they have visited for the past 12 years. We have always had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed it. Now we wont eat dinner there again and breakfast is going to be a no too. The last 3 times I have eaten there the food has been getting worse and this last visit the food was actually gross. I kept quiet because I didnt want to ruin the celebration but when we got back to my house and talked about it we had all had the same opinion. Breakfast is variable. The bacon is either disgusting or ok. The eggs are either rubber or ok. The plates are either clean and warm or neither. We wont be going again. In fact its so bad and the premier inn is being outpriced elsewhere anyway that we wont even be going back on sote anymore. Our years of enjoyment of this establishment are well and truly over. There isnt even a park outside for the kids anymore so no need to visit for a summer treat either.
