5 /5 Zara Ansari: Had a lovely stay at Old Thorns Hotel Resort and Spa for an early Valentine’s celebration with my husband and daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area—it was relaxing and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to experience the jacuzzi and steam room as we had spa treatments booked and were short on time, but they looked fantastic and we’d love to try them next time. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sophia, who went out of her way to be helpful and made our visit even more enjoyable. She’s doing a wonderful job and is a real credit to the team. Overall, a lovely experience and we would definitely return.

5 /5 Luke Evans: Our first time coming here to celebrate my 24th Birthday and could fault anything, hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast was lovely. Nice walk to a local pub before you drive through into the car park. Definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Our stay was made especially comfortable thanks to the thoughtful special addition in our room, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, and a big shoutout to Mike and Stuart for their friendly service and warm welcome in the morning. The only thing that could have made it even better would be a wider selection — options like smoked salmon, a variety of cheeses, and mixed meats such as ham or salami would have been a great addition. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend the hotel, and look forward to returning again soon.

5 /5 Gareth Watkins: We had a wonderful time at the spa for our anniversary. We were very well looked after by Sophie in the spa and Lilly did our treatments. I fell asleep during the treatment, it was so relaxing, thank you. We had a lovely cream tea lunch and will be back soon. Thank you all.

5 /5 Louise Symons: Really enjoyed our stay at this spa, rooms were nice and spacious. The spa was great and overall had good service from the team being friendly. Went into the bar area which was nice and breakfast was great. The spa facilities were good, could maybe do with some solo changing cubicles maybe instead of a little curtain. Overall I recommend to anyone wanting to have a spa day/ break.
