1 /5 Jan Sedtari: We went to this place thinking it was a Turkish restaurant. Usually, Turkish restaurants serve very delicious food. From the outside, it looked quite luxurious, but inside, they seated us in the worst spot. Our orders were taken very late, and the food took a long time to arrive. The taste and presentation of the dishes were terrible — the onions were undercooked.
I ordered juice for my son, but despite being very expensive, it wasn’t real juice; it was just powdered flavoring. The staff service was also poor. It was very expensive — my husband and I spent nearly £60 on food, yet we left still hungry. The dishes were bland, tasteless, and disappointing.
No one paid attention to us. Even though we called the staff multiple times, no one came. They gave us strange looks, yet at the same time, they were very friendly with other tables — chatting, laughing, and even offering them drinks. Our table didn’t even have salt. We asked several times, but no one brought it, so we had to get it ourselves from the corner.
It was a complete disappointment for us. We really didn’t expect this. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
