Agnieszka Krawczyk I visited Franco Manca Southampton and overall had a nice experience. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was very good. The only downside was that the waitress came to our table a bit too often and was quite loud, which made it slightly less relaxing. However, the tiramisu was absolutely the best – truly delicious and the highlight of the visit. I would definitely come back again for the dessert alone.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with exceptionally friendly staff that make you feel right at home. The pizza is truly delightful, respecting Italian tradition and a well prepared dough. The overall experience makes it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. I visited the place several times and sometimes they also have somebody selecting good music on vinyls that make the dinner nice and funny. An ideal choice for families or anyone looking for a cozy place to relax with great food.

Rob Baxter We having been dining here since we moved to the area ten years ago. The food is always excellent as is the service from the friendly staff. It can be very quiet on midweek lunchtimes but weekend evenings it is bustling. As well as couples and small groups it does bigger groups such as family occasions really well. We think the food as well as being always very good from a large selection represents good value when compared to other restaurants of the same standard. A full three course meal with wine will cost you the same as any comparative establishment in London. Or you can simply have one of their pizzas (enormous) or a plate of pasta and a beer and pay the same a one of the local pubs, they don’t mind and I know what one I prefer. Also, this is a local independent business that deserves our custom.

The cook named Rema was incredibly friendly and welcoming and was patient, allowing me to take my time, and he guided my friend through the menu with genuine care and enthusiasm. His recommendations were thoughtful and made us feel at ease. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared, leaving us both impressed and satisfied. It’s rare to find a place where the warmth of the staff matches the quality of the food, but Rema truly delivers on both fronts. I’ll definitely be coming back!
