Berkay aydın Honestly, this was the best local experience of our 10-day London trip. As a family, we tried pie and mash and jellied eels. We chose jellied eels because its a culturally significant London specialty, although it was a little different to our taste. But the pie and mashes were fantastic with their special sauces. They also sell vinegars made by the owner. Its definitely a must-visit place in London. If you go to Greenwich, you absolutely have to eat here. While similar flavors, coffee shops, sauces, and brands are becoming increasingly common all over the world, local businesses like this are much more valuable. Plus, the place is a family business thats been around for about 130 years... Thank you so much!

Brian Dillon The food here was unbelievably good. I had a Jerk Bun and it was massive, and so flavourful. My partner had a cauliflower bun and it was also delicious. Plus, we had such a friendly waitress, wish I got her name to shout her out! Will definitely be returning

Mary Stadnikova My favourite cafe-hidden gem in Greenwich, super delicious and not overcrouded, also great atmosphere. All our family loves eating here. We love beef bulgogi, also chicken gyoza.

August Sappho I got the ÂŁ2.50 jerk rice with chicken curry. Boss was nice and she was (at the time i entered) running the kitchen solo. Smells fantastic whenever you walk pass and tastes even better than it smells. Rich, flavourful, seasoned juicy. Very clearly slowcooked bone-in so you get all the flavour and she gives a damn good portion, no skimping. There was a small wait but again she was managing kitchen and customers by herself and it was 1000% worth the wait. Will be coming back to try the curry goat and oxtail. Warming home-cook style comforting food tastes like something a relative would cook you or a neighbour would send to your house as a social offering.
