5 /5 alan kent: I used to live near here, and often got take out on the way home from work. Have eaten here regularly for many years. We now live in Florida and still visit every time we come home. So that’s close to 30 years in total. Food is always excellent and service to match.

1 /5 Emily Tallantire: Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza we were served was undercooked and extremely doughy, making it unpleasant to eat. In addition, the mac and cheese lacked any real flavour, and the halloumi dish was of very poor quality. Although the staff were polite, they did not check on us at any point regarding our food, despite it being clear that we had barely eaten anything. This meant we were not given the opportunity to raise these issues during the meal.The total bill came to around £60, which feels unreasonable given the quality of the food and overall experience. I have previously enjoyed dining at PizzaExpress, which makes this particularly disappointing. The quality difference was like night and day. I would appreciate your response and some form of resolution. We went this evening 15th December and ate at around 7.

5 /5 Wai Wai: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience at PizzaExpress, made even better by the excellent customer service from Hannah. She was incredibly attentive from start to finish and took the time to clearly explain the menu to us. When we asked about a promotion and she wasn’t 100% sure, she was honest and went to clarify it straight away, which we really appreciated. This is exactly what you expect from great customer service — honest and efficient. Our food and drink order was taken promptly, and our drinks arrived just minutes after we sat down. The food was typical of PizzaExpress — reliable, and served promptly. Hannah made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit and really helped make the experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning!

2 /5 Andrew Brown: Ordered online. I arrived early to make sure its be hot, but the pizza was cold, with hardly any of the main ingredient. The BBQ wings were actually the lemon and herb wings, with a bit of BBQ sauce on... When I arrived and the manager (I think), was chatting to a friend through a window, then sliced my pizza on the front desk in front of me. Wouldnt mind IF the food was nice, but it was not.

3 /5 Lynda Murphy: Pizza was nicely cooked but not worth the money £££ for what you get. The establishment was beautifully decorated, service very good when you arrive....then they seem to forget about you after main course. No Red sauce or Mayo available.
