Tony B BONA FIDE really is the light on the other side of the street at Temple Fortune. Now they serve alcohol and have an improved outside space which seems to be a bit of a Sun trap and even more warm and welcoming then ever perfect for catching the Sun with a drink in hand. But now there’s even more reason to stop by then for a perfectly made coffee, they’ve recently been granted their alcohol licence! It’s lovely to finally have the option to enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer, something this area has been missing for far too long. I’ve had their breakfast which is excellent by the way, but the other evening I wandered in after spotting someone enjoying a glass of wine with some nibbles and I’m so glad I did. They now stay open later, offering small tapas-style dishes a brilliant idea as well as larger dishes very tasty, that gives the place a relaxed, continental feel to visit in the evening as well. Attentive service, reasonable prices, and a welcoming vibe BONA FIDE is definitely one in this area to revisit again. Can also book for private parties. Will definitely be back more often. Norah Guilding My experience at this restaurant has been second to none! The food is home cooked, fresh and delicious!! The atmosphere is also warm and clients are always made to feel welcome. I plan to keep coming to eat there. On Sundsys they have a great Bar B Q as well!

Ayo makan This must be among the best gozleme places in London. The couple running it are very nice and attentive, the selection of different gozlemes and how to eat them is great. Their lamb gozleme wrap is insanely good, but the box format is a bit more manageable. Great prices as well for such a centric London location.

Haily Very busy since they are after all the best coffee place in London. Points to improve - spilled coffee can get your loyal customers dirty. Better to serve a clean one The new vegan sandwich- taste is a bit neutral.

Montgomery Dean Whole experience was exceptional. Can’t fault in anyway. A cool insight in to Egyptian food culture. Molakhia was really interesting in taste and texture. Loved the use of pickles and tahini as an accompaniment - works so well with the grilled meats. The place is family run and the hospitality was 10/10. Such friendly people and such good food. There was even a good vibe between the tables. One of my best meals of 2025 (it’s 2026 in less than two days).
