5 /5 Boppie at Happy Haus: First time to have a meal at Franco’s. Food was excellent! Very busy, but relaxed atmosphere. Top-notch service! Suggest you book a table for 9 or 9:30 am since the business crowd (nearly all men, by the way) thins out about then as they head to their offices. We enjoyed the avocado toast and porridge with fruit, along with excellent coffee/tea. Very fresh eggs! Great location right in the heart of St. James. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Dan Leal: First class service and top quality food at this five star restaurant. We had the Parma ham with bread basket for a starter. I had the lasanga and it chessy and meaty with the perfect blend of flavors. My friends had the Filet and Pasta Bolognese and loved them as well. Make sure to save room for dessert as that was my favorite part of the meal!

The welcome at reception was genuinely warm, and the manager immediately stepped in to help—inviting us to relax at the bar with a drink while they worked things out. Within five minutes we had a table, and it all felt effortless on their side (even though we were the ones causing the chaos). Service throughout the meal was knowledgeable and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food absolutely delivered: the crab salad was beautifully fresh, and the veal cutlet was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I’d chosen Franco’s after searching for the best, most authentic Italian food, and it did not disappoint. Outstanding hospitality, standout cooking, and special credit to the manager for turning a potentially awkward situation into a great start to a fantastic evening. Highly recommended.

We were greeted by the very polite Mario, who provided the best service possible adding in a touch of his personal charm and enthusiasm for what he does. Compliments to the chef as well for accommodating our personal preferences. A very special experience!
