4 /5 Swiss Note: I would like to begin by saying Jak’s have a really really good service. A very professional staff who deserve to be acknowledged. The ambience is very chilled and a nice place for a catch up with friends or a peaceful gathering with family. We ordered off course a French Toast, alongside Scrambled Eggs, and tried multiple deserts which include the Red Velvet Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Blueberry Cake And some Cakes we took away. The French toast was safe but the cinnamon was a great addition and could be an undercover gem. I would like to see that combination used more. Overall a nice experience and worth a visit.

5 /5 Nicole AD: Celebrated my birthday here at jaks- generous portion of food and reasonably priced. Loved that they have healthy side options. Staff were attentive and nice. They gave me and my friends free shots. The restaurant gives off a speak easy vibes with beautiful interior.

2 /5 NEJI Fadhlaoui: What can I say such a disappointment. Will bullet point the issues. One issue in its self isn’t really worth a negative however, all of them ruin the experience. • Tea served, then the waiter was chatting with the chefs with his back to us for some time. I had to call him to ask for sugar. It should have already been given of course. • breakfast came with baked beans which was barely over room temperature. Again had to get the waiters attention as he was busy chatting to the chefs in the kitchen not looking at us at any point. He took the baked beans the kitchen put it in the microwave and less than a minute later it was back on my table. Some may say Waw that’s good service. Well not really as the beans were way too hot to be served and easily could burn anyone’s mouth if they wasn’t sensible. The beans should be served at the temperature for consumption not too hot not too cold. Bear in mind the place was empty we were the only customers l, you would imagine service would be perfection. But it was awful.
