Jolly Farmers - (Near Enfield, South East)

5 /5 Stavri Dennis: We visit quite often and never had a bad meal. The rotisserie chicken and steak combo is amazing, very nicely cooked and full of flavour. I have a very fussy 5 year old and she always has a great meal here. The service is always great and it’s very good value for money. Their Sunday roasts are delicious as well!

5 /5 Tanya Malik: I booked The Jolly Farmer in Enfield for a family Christmas meal for a party of 28 people, and it was a great choice for a large group. We opted for the festive menu, which was £36 per person for a three-course meal and offered really good value. On arrival, we were given a private dining room, which was a fantastic touch, and we had the tables for a full three hours. The venue also provided Christmas crackers and personalised name place cards, which made the experience feel extra special and well thought out. The food was good quality, with generous portion sizes that everyone enjoyed. After the meal, we were able to reserve tables by the bar to continue the evening, which worked perfectly. There was a live singer performing 90s and 00s hits, creating a great atmosphere, along with a small dance floor that added to the fun. Overall, The Jolly Farmer is a great venue for large parties, especially for festive occasions, and I’d happily recommend it for group celebrations.

2 /5 Jody Smith: Nice maintained pub. Friendly service but food and drink is poor. Booked for a group. Burgers all burnt to a crisp, chicken dry, pie had barely any filling. Some of the worst pub food I’ve had. Kids meals quite generous. Desserts ok. Had an IPA that smelled of mushrooms and tasted off - likely hadn’t flushed pipes in some time.

4 /5 Ming Hee: We went to the restaurant section of this pub as walk-in customers. We received a very warm welcome by a staff called Jessica at the restaurant reception counter. We were well looked after by her from taking order to settling our bills. 5 stars to your training to her. The only disappointment I had is the males toilet. If the management can do something to clear the unpleasant smell in the toilet, the score for atmosphere can be rated higher.
